Your Role

As Head of Finance, you’ll own everything from day-to-day operations to high-level strategy, becoming a key partner in shaping our company’s growth.

Build & Lead Finance

Set up scalable accounting, payroll, and reporting processes. Design robust internal controls and financial policies that grow with the business.

Drive Strategic Planning

Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide decision-making and capital allocation. Partner closely with the CEO on fundraising strategy and investor relations.

Manage Operations & Compliance

Oversee cash flow, working capital, tax, and regulatory requirements, ensuring we stay compliant while running efficiently.

Enable Data-Driven Decisions

Deliver clear financial reporting and dashboards, track KPIs, and help the leadership team stay focused on the company’s biggest growth levers.

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Bring 4+ years of experience in finance, including strategic or product finance roles at fast-growing startups.

• Have a background in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or consulting and know how to translate insights into action.

• Have experience building and leading finance teams, while being hands-on with payroll, expenses, invoicing, and board reporting.

• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you need to think strategically and execute quickly.

• Have meticulous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
