Terms of Use for the Beta Version of Peec AI
1. General Information
Peec AI is provided by Peec AI UG(haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). The app is made available exclusively as part of a closed beta test phase. These Terms of Use govern the use of peec AI by invited beta users.
2. Beta Status
Experimental Phase: Peec AI is in a beta testing phase. The app is not finalized and may contain errors, limited functionality, or technical instabilities.
No Guarantees: The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the app or its outputs.
3. Access and Confidentiality
Restricted Access: Access to Peec AI is granted only by invitation from the Provider. Beta users must not share their access credentials with third parties.
Confidentiality: All information about Peec AI, including but not limited to its features, functionality, and outputs, is confidential. Beta users agree not to disclose any such information to third parties without the Provider’s prior written consent.
4. Purpose and Functionality
Purpose: Peec AI is designed to help companies assess and analyze their visibility in Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically OpenAI's GPT-4o and Perplexity.
Features: Beta users can:
Create prompts to monitor specific queries,
Add competitors to analyze their visibility within the LLM outputs.
5. Liability
No Warranty: The Provider disclaims all warranties regarding the correctness, completeness, or reliability of the app’s outputs.
Exclusion of Liability: The Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the beta version, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
No Indirect Damages: The Provider is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages caused by the app’s use.
