Your Role
As the Founder’s Associate (Sales), you’ll work directly with the founding team to drive our go-to-market strategy. You’ll help build and scale the sales pipeline, shape our messaging, close early deals, and keep the 🚀 flying.
This is a high-impact role with exposure to every part of the business. You’ll:
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to demos to closing
Help refine our ICP, pitch, and positioning based on market feedback
Manage and optimize our early-stage CRM and sales stack
Work with engineering to shape the product based on customer needs
Represent the company in customer calls, events, and pilots
Report directly to the founders, influence company-wide strategy and help us get to Series A
