Your Role

As the Founder’s Associate (Marketing), you’ll work directly with the founding team, CMO and the Head of Growth to grow our brand and build a vibrant, high-quality community of marketing professionals. You’ll take the lead on our social presence, shape and run marketing campaigns, and build relationships with creators and influencers who matter in our space.

This is a high-impact role with full exposure to our go-to-market engine. You’ll:

• Shape our brand voice across social and community channels

• Design and launch marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement

• Build and grow a top-tier network of marketing creators, influencers, and affiliates

• Create content and experiences that resonate with ambitious marketers

• Experiment rapidly across new formats, platforms, and community tactics

• Report directly to the founders, and play a core role in driving growth

• Familiarity with the world of SEO, content, or performance marketing
