Automate Weekly Client Reports

Every client report written, formatted, posted to Slack and exported to Slides.

Command

Use the Peec MCP to loop through all my client projects and pull brand visibility, sentiment, and share of voice for each one over the last 7 days. For each client, compare this week's scores to the prior 7-day period. Format the results as a brief weekly summary per client that includes: current visibility score, week-on-week change, sentiment status, any notable competitor movement, and one key observation worth flagging. Post each client summary to the corresponding Slack channel. Then compile all client summaries into a Google Slides deck with one slide per client, formatted for easy sharing in a client call. Schedule this as a weekly Claude task to run this entire loop automatically.

What this use case
can do for you

Agency reporting is the job that never ends. Every client expects a weekly update, every update requires pulling data, formatting it, writing context, and sending it on time. For an agency managing 10 or 15 clients, that process can consume an entire day each week, and the output is often less insightful than it should be because the time pressure leaves no room for actual analysis. Schedule a Claude task and the entire process runs on a schedule. Every client, every week, formatted and sent without a person touching it.

The time saved goes back into the work that actually builds client relationships: strategy, recommendations, and conversations that go beyond the numbers.
