Run /peec_competitor_radar using the Peec MCP to pull share of voice for all tracked competitors across all AI models for the last 7 days. Compare each competitor's score to the 7-day period before that. If any competitor has gained more than 10 percentage points, generate a Slack notification that includes: the competitor name, which AI models they surged on, their new share of voice score, and which of our tracked prompts they are now winning. Schedule this as a daily Claude task so alerts fire automatically without manual intervention.
Competitor moves in AI search do not announce themselves. A rival can go from invisible to dominant on a set of high-intent prompts in a matter of days, driven by a single well-placed piece of coverage or a new listicle that AI models have started trusting. By the time you spot that shift in a weekly review, they have already built momentum in model responses and buyers are already seeing their name.
This workflow runs the comparison daily, automatically, and fires a Slack alert the moment any competitor crosses a meaningful threshold.
The alert includes the specific models where they surged and the exact prompts they are now winning, so your response is immediate and targeted rather than reactive and vague. Speed matters here more than most teams realize.
