Then identify any project where visibility is more than 20% below that average. For each underperforming market, also pull the top 3 competitors by share of voice in that project. Return a ranked table showing: project name, current visibility score, global average, percentage gap, and which competitor is leading in that market. Export the ranked table to a Google Sheet. Connect it to Looker Studio for a live underperforming-market dashboard.
