It depends on the role: Engineering roles, We offer remote positions for engineering roles. Relocation to Berlin is not required. If you are Berlin-based, we expect a hybrid setup with at least 3 days per week in the office. Non-engineering roles: These roles are Berlin-based and we expect you to be in the office most of the days. Please note that compensation packages for engineers joining us in Berlin in person are higher than for fully remote roles.

If you join us remotely in an engineering role, we’ll invite you to Berlin for onboarding. Onboarding always happens in person. You’ll typically spend a couple of weeks in Berlin. We’ll cover travel and accommodation costs. This ensures you get fully onboarded and build strong connections with the team from day one.
